- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Needed an appointment started ringing before 8.30 couldn't get through. By the time I did all appointments were gone. Had a sit and wait appointment appalling had to wait over an hour unacceptable. Have to say when I did see Doctor she was amazing and supportable to why I felt so I'll. She was brilliant. Have to say I work in a practice we have sit and wait appointment . No one of our sit and wait has to wait more than 1|2 hour..so over an hour is appalling . Needs urgent improving .
